At Spotit, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for automobile services. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:
If the service provider cancels the booking and no alternative provider is available and if the payment was completed through spotit.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
1) To request a refund, contact our customer support at support@mywetechnologies.com or connect 9072489489 within 24 hours of service completion or cancellation.
2) Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days and processed accordingly.
3) Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 30 working days.
1) Users can cancel or modify bookings via the Spotit app before the service begins.
2) Cancellation fees may apply based on the time of cancellation.
3) In cases where rescheduling is possible, we encourage users to opt for modifications instead of cancellations.
